La Pesteda is a dressing product originally from Grosio (Valtellina). It is a mixture of pepper, salt, garlic, leaves of dwarf Achillea and Serpillo thyme.
With an intense and slightly spicy flavor, it is widely used as an aromatic dressing for meat, carpaccio, vegetables, boiled potatoes, raclette and typical dishes from Valtellina such as pizzoccheri. Simply a must!
